Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

STARBUCKS - metal in my drink

i recently found a piece of metal

inside a starbucks drink. i notified the

manager to make an incident report.

he got my info and alsp gave me a

claim #, the piece was small enough

to where i thought it was ice. i did

cut my tongue but it was small. the

manager did write down all the

details. they are supposed to call me

back in a few days.

If you are able to prove that the metal came from the Starbucks drink you definitely have a case. Starbucks will not likely admit that the metal is from their drink.

If you can prove that, you will win. The problem is that your case is only worth $50.00 for a cut tongue. Joe Marman
