Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

In Store Injury

I was into a grocery store in Sacramento, Ca. shopping when I fell in the middle of the isle over a large metal pipe that was sticking out of the refrigerator where the eggs are kept. I informed the stores assistant manager. He had written a personal statement of the incident and my name and number. At that time I didnt feel injured and I told him that. But since then I am in pain on my wrist where I fell. I have seen my doctor and I am being treated for the injury now. I attempted to contact the stores Director to inform him of my injury. Am I entitled to compensation?

Re: In Store Injury

Did you sprain the wrist, or was it a break? You would have said "it's now in a cast" it it were a break, I suppose. Get an attorney to write a demand to the company for medical bills and pain and suffering.
