Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

time limits when filing a personal injury

Are there any exceptions to the 6 month time limit for filing a personal injury claim against the city (los angeles, ca)? Extenuating circumstances acceptable?

Requesting a late claim filing is your only option. Follow up the denial with a court filing. Feel free to contact me if you decide you need legal help.
