Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Vehicle accident w/injury: 2 cars no contact

My car was totaled in an accident. I was injured. Police report & 2 witnesses fault other driver. Attorneys consulted advise his insurance won't pay as there was no contact between vehicles. I was headed north nearing an intersection. Car #2 headed south, preparing to turn left. As I began to cross the intersection, he abruptly turned left in front of me. I swerved left as well to avoid collision. Now headed East my car wrapped around the signal pole on corner. I was taken by ambulance to hospital, my passenger uninjured.

I have settled many cases where there was no contact between the vehicles. You still have to show some negligence on the other driver. The attys you talked to are too timid or lack experience in this area. If you are in the Orange County area, call me for a free consultation. Sam Eagle 714-963-5123.

Re: Vehicle accident w/injury: 2 cars no contact

As mentioned, one important fact is whether or not you obtained the other parties information or jotted down his/her license information.

Also, the police report would help in evaluating your case further.

We may be able to assist you with your case; yet, without more information regarding the facts of your case, it is difficult to determine your best course of action. If you are in the northern or southern California metropolitan areas, please contact us via telephone or email us at [email protected] and someone will assist you.

Re: Vehicle accident w/injury: 2 cars no contact

Thank you for your inquiry.

What the insurance adjuster is telling you, to be honest, is false.

An injury can be caused by another driver even if there was no car-to-car contact. In the example you gave (without having seen the police report), the other driver clearly is at fault, since he would have a duty not to turn until the intersection is clear.

If you have a police report, witnesses, or information regarding the other driver, that will help establish liability, and I can certainly help you.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have other questions, need more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]. I am happy to help in any way that I can.
