Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If workman's comp provides a special chair, is the employer obligated to ensure no other employee sits in it. Also, if another employee breaks the chair, are they liable for the replacement.

You are not entitled to exclusive use unless that is what your employer states it is to be. If an employee intentional broke the chair, the employer could probably sue for replacement cost, but not for mere negligence.
