Legal Question in Product Liability in California

hi i live out of town now from my other home.

I dont live near my other home which i had sold everything inside and on the property to an individual that needs some legal form allowing her to enter the premisses to pack and gather everything thats there inside, outside, and inside the garage. Is'nt there some kind of legal form that i can have notorized? I don't own the home I just rent and I'm not being evicted either but there is a specific problem that i'm having with a sheriiff in that town that has bean harrassing me badly to were thats the reason i had to relocate. The town is in a rural area were the sheriffs there make up the rules as they go. So i had sold my stuff to a friend so i could relocate but she needs something legal to show she owns the stuff and has keys and also my permission to enter. So what would you saggest her going about this problem sence i cant be there to escort her but she needs some form to take to the sheriffs station so one of them will escort her onto the proporty.

A letter and the keys ought to do it, unless there is something you are not telling us, like a restraining order or something.
