Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I own 50% undivided interest on land but not the mobile home on the land

I own land and it has a mobile home on it. I have been making the mortgage payment but the owner of the mobile wants to kick me out.

Can they do this??

The owner of the Mobile does not own the land.

Sorry, your question is difficult to understand.

What do you mean by "kick me out?" If you have

leased the land to the owner of the mobile home,

that owner may have the right to exclusive occupancy

of the land, in which case he or she could "kick you

out." You still own the land, but you can't be on

it without your tenant's permission. However, to

get a better answer, you'll have to visit a lawyer

and take all of your documents and do a better job

of describing the issues.
