Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I bought a modular home in 2003 and had it placed on a permanent foundation on my father's 40 acres property he has currently won an unlawful detainer case against me and I was evicted on the 18th he has changed the locks on my house I need help I am living in my car with my children I paid 200,000.00 for house permits construction and believed I'd be there the rest of my life we never put anything in writting but talked about how the kids and i would be there long after my dad died and how his shop would become my son's and talked about how I would pay for up keep on property after he was gone

All your facts, arguments and evidence were to be submitted in your legal case, not after the fact. You apparently lost, so your only recourse, if any, is an appeal that would have to have been timely filed after the judgment against you. Consult with local appellate counsel if you think you are still timely.
