Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Hi I'm going to a case management conference. I am a plaintiff in a Quiet Title action. There are around 12 defendants. On the complaint it mentions 3 of the defendants who are currently claiming an interest in this property. It also mentions other defendants as "does one to one-hundred".

The next step in the case management conference is to get defendants at conference by serving them with a summons and complaint.

QUESTION: when serving defendants do I serve the 3 mentioned on the complaint only or also serve the "does one to one hundred" along with the 3 on complaint? Thank you for your time.

The defendants, designated as “DOES,” are defendants who are unknown to the plaintiff. You can’t serve people, who you don’t know. At the case management conference, the court may ask you to dismiss the Doe defendants. If you need more time to determine if there are other people who should be brought into the case, tell the judge that you would like to leave the Doe defendants. The judge will likely give you some time to determine who should be dismissed.
