How do I force my ex off the deed of the house. The divorced was finalized in Dec. and we filed for Bankruptcy before all of this. Recently, due to Obama's stimulus plans with the forclosures i decided to get the home back, but my ex needs to sign off on the deed and I'm afraid she won't. Is there anyway to force her off or does she even have to be off because it was in forclosure.
