Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

How long does a seller have to sign an addendum to P&S agreement in California? We wrote an addendum with terms for removing our inspection contingency, and they have failed to respond. Thanks!

Usually a time for response is indicated in the addendum. Did yours specify a date. If not they presumably have a "reasonable time".
