(Married) can I purchase a home without my spouse in loan? Can I use a disclaimer deed? And if so will they still run her credit and use debt against me?

A married person can purchase a home without their spouse on the loan legally. Whether you can do it as a practical matter in the current lending environment is a whole other question, and not a legal one. You'll need to talk to a good mortgage broker to get your credit questions answered.
