I have a motor home that my name is not on but i had the person who is on the finance agrement her signature stating i am making the payments until it is paid off. i cannot insure it because it is in her name but i have renters insurance. if she dies can i keep the motor home and continue to make payments on the motor home. her only living son is who i got it from and when she passes away he inherites her estate and i also have his signature along with his wifes signature as well. i have been making the payments for the last two years. motor home from idaho and i drove it to california.

You probably technically have a stolen motor home. It wasn't his to give you.
