multi state representation

Can a CA. Attorney represent my stepson who has inherited some Oklahoma farmland, he is having trouble getting any cooperation from the people involved in Oklahoma.

If the property and court proceedings are in Oaklahoma, you will need an attorney admitted to practice in that state.
