An LLC can be formed in a few days, although, about 10 days to 2 weeks is cheaper since no rush fees have to be paid to the Secretary of State. The deeds can be prepared for about $100. There are a few dollars in recording fees to record the deeds.

Feel free to give us a call to discuss fees/options. No charge for the consultation. We have ample experience in accomplishing what you are looking to do. This can be done in about two weeks, or earlier if you would like to pay for expedited processing with the Sec. of State.

Re: Property title transfer

First you need to form the LLC, which takes a few days to a couple of weeks, depending if you want to pay extra fees. Then deeds need to be prepared and recorded with the County Recorder's Office. Deed preparation is usually $100 per deed plus recording fees.

If you would like a free initial consultation, please call me. I have over 28 years experience.

Good luck and thank you for your inquiry.
