Hello, my question is, in 1994 my boyfriend, who was married, bougth a house for my self and his wife sing the deed for him self, in 2001, he put my name in the joint tenancy, now he is dead and his wife wants the property? can she do that?\n\nThank you for you time

The facts you have provided are unclear. Did his wife sign a disclaimer deed? Did you take title with him as just joint tenants? or as joint tenants with right of survivorship?
