Rental Security Deposit

I'm on the last month of my current lease. Can I use my security deposit for the last months rent? I know this sounds stupit but I signed a form (I don't remember the form and the landlord said I did) saying I wouldn't?

Is this form "enforceable?"

you may not use a security deposit for last months rent.
