Seek payment for damages

There was a pursuit chase with police

and a subject that had crashed into our

property knocking out and destroying

our fence and power box. We do not

have property insurance who will cover

our loss due to the car beinging stolen?

The person being chased should pay for your damages. You might also file a government tort claim with the police department. Finally, if nothing works, you can apply to the State Crime Victim's Compensation Board for reimbursement.
