Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Selling Property

My wife's name is not on the title of property that will be sold. We live in California, before selling the property what forms or documents will she need to complete for the Title company, that she has an interest in property?

Thank-you.

Re: Selling Property

6000.I can say to you that this isn't easy answer and why aren't you asking your real estate attorney. Oh yes you don't need one because you know all the problems and can solve them, all you need is the answer to the easy question. A quitclaim deed. But you of course don't know the effective that, legally, in terms of taxation, in terms of the state planning or in terms of property rights. Gosh darn the easy answer is not the best answer. Why are you looking for free legal advice because you pay for what you get cannot consulting a real estate attorney who can see potential problems that you don't even know may exist. Do you hear the frustration in my answer??? Do as you wish but just now there is a lot more to your question then you even can dream up in your worst-case scenario.I have been practicing law in this legal area for over 30 years and understand your problem well. I practice in the S.F. Bay Area and if you wish to contact me call at 925-945-6000.
