Time Share

5 yrs ago purchased a Time Share for total price of $8000.00 -have never used TS and want to get rid of it before it costs me any more money. I have been trying to get in touch with xanadu vacation club since we bought it and have had no luck even talking with someone about it! they were very attentive before the check cleared!

Read your contract to see what your rights and remedies are regarding cancellation, sale, etc. They are not going to be interested in talking to you, they are not there to help you. If you can force or persuade them to re-purchase at a loss, or if you can peddle it to someone else at a loss, you should probably do so. Alternatively, try to rent it out.
