Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Attire

I have gained weight and my jeans are a little snug, but not so tight that the zipper is stretched. My supervisor pulled me into her office to tell me that someone complained that my pants were too tight and were drawing attention to my ''vaginal area''. Do I have a case?

Re: Attire

A case for what? You were 'counseled' about personal appearance, apparently at a company that has standards of dress you violated. You stated nothing that would be inappropriate behavior by mgmt; it was done in private, to avoid public embarrassment to you; nothing improper or offensive was stated.
