Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Employer Responsibility

When an employee makes a sexual harrassment complaint against a co-worker, and requests anonymity, must the employer honor that request? Does the accused have the right to be informed of who has made the complaint against him/her? What is the employer's responsibility? Thank You
