Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Re: Infered to be gay

About sexual harassment, I though the supreme court ruled that if the sexual orientations and gender did not match up so that there was the possiblity of sexual activity, them sexual harassment has not occured. For example, a hetro femal and a gay male, a gay male and straight male, str female and gay female. Essentially. str male vs str female, gay male vs gay male and gay femal vs gay female. Is this true?

Re: Re: Infered to be gay

There are law books and numerous court opinions written on the subject trying to explain the rules. Discrimination can occur no matter the actual 'orientation' or gender pairing; ever case if different. What matters to you is that if you think you've been 'discriminated' against because of religion, race, age, sex, gender, orientation, etc., then consult with counsel to see if you have grounds for a meritorious case. Feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing such claim, or for that matter defending one if you are the accused perp. I've been doing such cases for over 20 years.
