Sexual Harassment by manager

Sexual harassment by any supervisor is unlawful. You may want to contact an attorney.

The above is meant to assist in a general understading of the subject matter. IT IS NOT TO BE REGARDED AS LEGAL ADVICE AND NO ATTORNEY - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED. Companies and individuals with particular questions should seek advice of counsel.

Did this man do anything to cause loss of 2 jobs? If so, can it be proven?

As we've learned from the dismissal of the Paula Jones case, for sexual harassment to constitute a viable legal case there has to be shown some way in which the sexual conduct adversely affected the victim's work environment (e.g., firing, demotion, quitting because of an intolerable sexual environment, etc.). Can such a connection be proven in your case? You may wish to contact an attorney directly to discuss this in more detail.

Have you and your friends been damaged

As we all now know from the Paul Jones case, a woman claiming sexual harassment must prove that she has been damaged. If the job loss can be related to the manager's activities (and it does not matter that he is in a different department) then there is the possibility that you have a strong case. If this took place in northern California I would be happy to talk with you about it further.
