Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I hired a BK attorney long time ago, I had to amend the Ch7 , during that time the attorney made comment about my body and if my penis was hairy? when i discuss with owner of the firm my concern he dismissed it and laugh at me?

was this sexual Harrasement , I 'm confused and pretty scared.

My roomate told me to write a letter to the firm and share it in writing, I'm afraid that they will retaliate against me and mess up my BK Ch 7 in purposed?

what should I do?
