Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
In the State of California is it illegal for a High School soccer coach to have sexual relations with a FORMER soccer player who has already graduated high school and is 18 years old? If yes, is there a specified amount of time that the student has to be out of high school for it to be ok?

Consenting adults can do whatever they want whenever they want as far as sexual relations. No time limit.

Adults can choose to be immoral, as long as there is no other legal relationship violated, like student - teacher.
