Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Three years ago, I was being sexually harassed by the general manager of the restaraunt I worked for. To stop it, I finally had oral sex with him in the office after work. I didn't want to. He just happened to be pressuring me at a time when I had just found out that I was HIV+, and could barely handle that news. The thought of losing my job at that time would have sent me over the edge. I am a gay man, so is my former boss. He never bothered me again, in fact, he rather avoided me, thank god. He has been terminated since then (nothing related to sexual harassment). I now no that HIV isn't a death sentence, but the thought of what I felt I had to do to keep my job angers me and to this day still makes me ashamed to even talk about. My question is, do I still have any legal recourse against my former employers?
