Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

judgement

On May 29 I received a letter from the DMV who suspended my driver license due to a judgement against me. The judgement is for a car accident that happened on October 18, 1998. I was minor at the time of the accident. I was driving was a rental car, which my uncle rented. The accident was my fault. I was never notified or sent anything about the judgement against me ever since the accident.

What do I have to do to have this judgement vacated and my license reinstated.

P.S. Please responded ASAP. If needed more info I could call you local or long distance. Thank you!

Re: judgement

you need to first read or get a copy of the court file to learn how the judgment was issued.
