Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Speeding ticket
I was driving a big rig and a CHP pulled me over and gave me a ticket for going 63 mph. I'm pretty sure this was not a radar gun. I have a clean record. If convicted this would be my only ticket on my record. What are my chances of fighting this ticket? What loop holes would I try to look for to win!
