Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Is there an automatic stay after a safe harbor motion???

I am an heir to an estate.

There is a safe harbor motion

against me going to be filed where

an heir wants to sue the estate.

If he wins...is there an automatic stay

pending an appeal if I need time to get more specialized counsel

and let him appeal the decision

that may go against me

or do I need to get a specialized

attorney now ??
