Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Only Child

My mom and dad were still married when he died. He died suddenly without a will. I know if he had a will he wouldnt have said '' My wife gets everything and my daughter gets nothing '' He and I were always very close. My Mom never gave me a single thing. Is there anything that I can do about this now? and is there a statute of limitations? He passed away in 1991. I was an adult when he passed away. Thank you

Re: Only Child

If you were adult when he died, then the statute of limitations would be run by now.
