You're going to have to get a lawyer and take her to probate court.

whoever has the will is required to lodge it with the clerk of court in the county where the decedent resided. Then it is public record.

Both of the other attorneys are correct. You should check the Probate Court records in the County where your ex died, as there should be a probate proceeding for her. You are also going to have to get a lawyer to help you enforce your daughter's rights in that proceeding. If we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to call me.
