Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have some DPOA questions I need to amend a poa . Moms POA Her brother has the poa he is abusing it mom lives with daughter we want the other daughter to hold poa Moms brother wont give over rights mom was being abused so she is now in california with us gosh such a mess she has a broken wrist but can sign she wants to sign but she is getting worse and worse and her english is very broken with age

Her brother is also starting to show signs of dementia what can we do also Brother lives in another state?

Mom does not have a lot of money also her son is living her house also another state and somehow the poa gave him access to her accounts

You should contact an attorney with experience in contested conservatorship matters. It sounds like the brother may live in another state. You may also need to address the brother's continued exercise of powers under the durable power of attorney in that other state. Call me if you'd like to discuss this.
