estate fell into foreclosure

im 2 monthe into foreclosure on my moms house i cant probate it as i dont have knowledge or the funds the house is worth 300,000 and there is a 80,000 mortgage to gmac ive been living here for 4 years since my mom died know the mortgage company knows she has passed away any thing i can do to save this house

An attorney can help you with the probate, and fees are paid from the estate later. It looks like you will need to sell. Contact a probate attorney immediately. I work in all areas for probate matters.
