Finding will of deceased grandmother

uncle took grandmother to oregon, cut off contact. never was entitled to see will.

The state where grandmother last lived determines jurisdiction. I don't practice in Oregon. Most states would permit you to petition to be administrator of the estate assuming there is no will (although your uncle might have priority). If your uncle's sibling (one of your parents) is still alive, your parent would be a better choice to bring such a contest.
