Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

A friend did a handwritten will, naming me and a couple other friends in charge of her only possession-her home. The will was found after probate was completed, is there anything that can be done?

You can go back to Court and ask that the prior disposition of the house be changed based on the holographic will. Depending on all of the facts and circumstances the Court may or may not grant the relief you are requesting. You should also expect a fight from the beneficiaries that received the home.
