I am in the state of Califonia. I live with and take care of my mother who suffers from alzhimers for somes yrs now.My older brother and I were recently appointed the concervetors in my mother s trust and will.Since then, my brother has taken all the jewels out of the safe deposit box.and a fur coat valued over 85,000.Untill recently(a few months) he has not had contact with my mother.Two days ago he came over and took my mother and now says hes not bring her back.about two weeks ago my mother signed over power of attorney to me.it said in it yhat this null and voids any previous trusts or POAs. SO with all that,PLEase TELL ME HOW TO GET MY MOTHER BACK LEGALLY?

THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST WAS TO INSURE THAT SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO LIVE IN HER HOME FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE,WITH ME TAKING CARE OF HER.mY BROYHER WANTS TO SELL THE HOUSE.hE IS ALSO IN THE MIDDLE OF BANKRUPCCY.DO i NEED A COURT ORDER TO GET HER BACK pLEASE HELP
