Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My grandparents passed in 2002 in the state of Az. They had a living trust, and told me that I would have an inheritance or part of the trust. When they passed, their daughter (my aunt) took over the trust and apparently changed everything. Now, my aunt passed last week and it looks like all is going to her daughter took over. Is there a way to find out if my aunt, before she passed, took me off the trust and if she did, was it legal for her to do it?

You need to ask this question under Arizona law. In California the successor trustee cannot change anything about the trust. It is locked in when the person(s) who set up the living trust die(s).
