Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

If I hold 2 bank accounts with my father that are not listed in his living trust and he passes Do those 2 accounts become part of the trust if there is no written or expressed/implied statements from my father adding them?

Mr. Selik is correct. But, In many cases, one kid is put on a joint account just for convenience, and knowing it was the parent's intention that all be shared equally, that kid (who is usually the successor trustee) will add the jt tenancy assets to a trust account after the parent's death..
