Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Liability for Deceased Spouses's Debts

Is an ''innocent spouse'' liable for a claim arising from the defective workmanship done by the deceased spouse (a licensed contractor)? The claim was made after death. The work was done 2 years before. All community property was placed into an AB Living Trust before death.
