Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My mother got a reverse mortgage on her house which was put in a Living Trust. She died last Sunday as a direct result of the rehab home she was put in and my brother, who had Power of Attorney for Healthcare. Unfortunately he also is the executor of the Trust and although I've been mother's sole care provider the past few years, he has it in for me. To make a long story short, according to the terms of the reverse mortgage I have 12 months from the date of death to vacate the premises. My brother and sister have joined forces and want me out now - do I have any rights?

Depends on the terms of the trust. If the trustee has the right to evict you, it might take a while. If I were you, I'd definitely start looking for a new place, but you probably don't have to move out until he takes legal action.
