Payment to executor of living trust

What is the percentage used to calculate fes paid to me for serving as the executor of my mothers living trust in the state of California?

the trust agreement may provide the method of compensation for the trustee (not executor of will), if not you are entitled to "reasonable compensation". to determine what this is and ensure that you are properly administering your mother's trust, you should retain a qualified attorney.

If the trust is silent as to how trustee compensation is calculated, then it is a "reasonable" amount standard (between 1% and 1.5% of the gross value for ordinary services).
