posible divorce

can husband put property in trust (not to include me currently its in his name) but in living agreement he states the property will go to me when we divide other property bought during 3 yr marriage will I still be able to have claim to this certain piece?

I do not know what you mean by "living agreement" adnd whether it has any legal force. If the proprety is his separate property [he owned it before the marriage] he can do with it what he wants, including agreeing to give it to you. But if there is any such agreement, you want it to be clear that you get the property and you do not want it to go into hs own trust without statement that it goes to you upon divorce, etc.
