Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How do I prepare a supplement to the petition for probate, I have 5 notes from the Probate Examiner

I understand the notes I am not sure what the proper way to title them do I just address each note sample as note 1) date of death for spouse. Then do I use seperate page to address note 2) and so on?

In our firm, when supplementing a petition, we use "pleading paper" http://www.lawlibrary.co.riverside.ca.us/PleadingPaper.pdf is a how-to to make pleading paper. You can also google "pleading paper."

In terms of a separate page for each, it's probably not necessary but you should have separate paragraph numbers.

This is not "legal advice" by the way and therefore no attorney-client relationship has been formed with our firm and you should not rely on this post as a substitute for legal advice.

Mr. Cunningham is correct - you should use pleading paper (email me and I can provide it to you in MS Word). It may also be helpful to title each of your responses with the notes from the examiner. As an Irvine estate planning attorney, I do exactly that.
