If I was on a purchase agreement as a co-buyer for a mobile home but the title was in the name of the other buyer only, would I still be considered as owning half the mobile home?

This question should have been posted in the category for real estate.

Mobilehomes in California are a governed by the mobilehome residency law, which is a specific body of law that encompasses real estate, landlord tenant, and other issues.

I would have to look at the purchase agreement and review any other relevant documents to make a decision. If the titled owner has died, it would help to know the status of any probate proceedings.
