Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

real estate transfer

I am the trustee/benificary for my fathers estate. there are two houses I need to transfer out of the trust and into my name. I am at the last step, where I was told I need to file grant deeds for the final

transfer into my name. Can you tell

me which forms I need to use exactly. I'm trying to do this myself.

If you have an award of the house to you in the publication divorce decree that should be enough. Otherwise, you may need to go back to Court for an Order stating that the house is yours.
