Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Rotating Trust

My niece is engaged to someone who claims all of his money is in a rotating trust. I can find no reference to this kind of trust. Can you tell me what it is and how it differs from a living trust?

I agree with Mr. Olden, I've never heard of a rotating trust. Hopefully it's not similar to 'Snipes' or Florida swamp land.
