My step father passed away while I was incarcerated and there is no will, my siblings have started probate what are my rights?

Absent a will bequeathing you something, a trust naming you a beneficiary, or a step-parent adoption, you have no rights. The only way to have inheritance rights is by blood, adoption, or bequest.
