how much time legaly,must pass befor a will must be read & anor\'ed ?

Once the will-maker has died, the person with the original will is required to file it with the county court where the will-maker lived within 30 days of the date of death. There is no "reading of the will," but if you aren't given a copy, you have the opportunity to view the will at the county court.
