Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My uncle died in June 2009. A notice of irrevocability was sent to me in August 2009, as I am one of the beneficiaries of the family trust. The statutory time frame to contest the terms of the trust expired in December 2009. What is a reasonable time frame to expect the distributions of the trust to be made? I have not heard anything from the trustee since I received a copy of the trust in August 2009.

It is likely that the trustee still must file the final tax return and, perhaps there still are outstanding medical bills. Why not talk to the trustee and get a ballpark time estimate?
